Why should I use Star Locker?
Youth players of various sports and activities can receive tournament rings and medals which rarely contain specific details for long-term keepsake. This often leaves parents and players with stacks of rings or medals that have no record of dates, names or specific team information on them. Star Locker is your solution!
Will my medal or tournament ring be kept safe?
Earning your trust is our top priority at Star Locker. Between the time of drop-off and pick-up, only a certified Star Locker member will have their hands on your special, engraved unit. From there, we use only certified mail services with detailed tracking so we can make sure your order can be tracked down easily after it has been shipped. Your order stays in-house and in Arizona until shipped. We do all the laser marking services at our private location in Mesa, AZ.
In addition, our lockers are kept secure at all times. They are locked and serviced regularly throughout the week by Star Locker only. All locations that host a Star Locker have been verified as a safe drop-off location so you can rest assured your unit is kept safe at all times.
How long will it take to receive my service order?
Star Locker strives for delivery with tracking within (1) week of your drop-off. However, it can take as long as (1-2) weeks to arrive to your front door with shipping time included. This timeframe can alter depending on our weekly pick-up schedule at each location. Each order will be shipped with tracking and an estimated date of arrival. Feel free to contact us for updates on your special order at any point.
Where can I find a location that has a Star Locker?
With your medal in one hand and your smart phone in the other, lock in your service order at a secure Star Locker by visiting our “Locations” tab to verify our current locations. We will be adding new locations in the East Valley in 2024. Many of our locations will be conveniently located at sports retail shops, batting cages and other sports training facilities in which you may frequently visit.
Where can I have my unit shipped?
Using the checkout system we have created, you can easily ship your engraved item to any verified address in the U.S. for a simple, flat rate. All shipments will have U.S. tracking which will be sent once each package has been shipped.
Do you offer team discounts?
We love to connect with teams and help support youth players of all sports and activities. If you are a Community Leader, a Coach, or a Team Parent, we can offer you a discount on shipping for units of (10) or greater purchased at the same time. Email us to find out more.
How long does it take to complete an order form?
We estimate that it will take about (2-5) minutes to complete checkout as a first time user. For your second or third service order, it will be much faster. We allow for an account login so you can repeat new service orders fast and easy on future orders.
What happens if I want to change my service order after my order has been placed?
If you feel you have entered incorrect information for laser marking, do not worry. You can double check your work at checkout with the edit tool or you can verify your details when you have been sent/emailed your digital receipt. As long as you message us early-on with your proposed adjustment, we should be able to correct it and notate it in our system for you before the engraving occurs. What marking method does Star Locker use?
Star Locker is certified and trained in fiber laser marking. This is a unique process designed mainly for use on metallic surfaces. We also use design applications and technical software programs to generate well-designed laser marks on your special units.
